Sending your device in for repair

Use the form below to register your device mail in. We’ll send you a confirmation email which you can print and include with your device. This will help us identify it.

There is a minimum charge on all repairs of £30, this is cover our time and is included in any repair quote. We’ll email you letting you know the estimated cost to repair your device and will let you know if that changes when your device comes in so you can decide whether to proceed or not.

Return postage is generally £10 per device.

Try to send it to us insured incase of any issues with the post (things do wrong).
